This river was covered with industrial wastes when
I was growing up. Amazing we can make changes in
both direction.

Old Kawabe bridge on Takahashi River was built in
1933 by Harima (ship builder). It was converted as
a pedestrian bridge when the new one was built
right next in 1979.

We were in the same elementary school and high
school. We used to walk beside the rice field,
singing, and talking about our dream.
25 years later, we can still sing together.
School band reunion with friends.
